Event: Antigua and Barbuda’s 42nd Anniversary of Independence Celebrations

 The 42nd Anniversary of Antigua and Barbuda Independence Celebrations will be a big party to celebrate the country’s history and culture. The festival is being organized by the Antigua Barbuda Festivals Commission (ABFC), which is part of the government’s Ministry of Education, Sports, and the Creative Industries. 

The theme of the celebration is “Embracing the Legacy, Shaping the Future.” This means that the people of Antigua and Barbuda are proud of their past and excited about their future. They want to keep their culture alive while also working to make their country better. There will be many different events and activities as part of the celebration. Some of the most popular events include: The Independence Parade, The Cultural Extravaganza, The State Dinner among others.
