Yes, if you are going from St. John's to Antigua airport, the direct bus is #42 and you must take it at the West Bus Station. Departing from there, it takes 48 stops and approximately 46 minutes. You can also take bus #63, which has 38 stops and takes 49 minutes, but it will drop you off at the Airport Hotel and from there, you will have to walk to the air terminal.
